Hassel Free Return Policy

Within 30 days of purchase the customer may return any item in its original package for an exchange or refund, we give refund except the actural shipping charge we paid for shipping. please note the customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returning any products. we do not provide any refund or replacement for any item that is open, only if the package is damage during transit an the customer provide picture of the damage product.

if the item, when received is not as described or defective in any way, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer or apply a full refund. the choice will be at the discretion of the customer.

Unopened items can be returned for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will give you full refund minus shipping cost. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees. We apologize, but because of product shelf life products returned after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to accept returns on products after 45 days. Additionally, if you are returning a quantity of 12 or more of the same item there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and product shelf life. In the event of returning a free shipping item there is a mandatory deduction of $5.95 from your total refund if the new total order value is less than $100.

Damaged & Incorrect Items: Cleanse Mart Health Store staff will do their best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.

2. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.

3. Use the mailing address label below to address your return shipment.

4. Take the package to the shipper that refer to you by our agent/ staff to the shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please contact us first in order to receive a return authorization.)
